ALBA PURA, what is it?

ALBA PURA is a charter of commitment bringing together tourism professionals in the southern region of Corsica.

These professionals are committed to the quality of their service and their welcome in a clean and secure environment in view of the current health situation.

It is not simply a charter that attests to the health aspect. The ALBA PURA charter goes further, it presents commitments towards you concerning a qualitative and serene reception, a service that meets your expectations, and an enhancement of the region in which you are located.

In short, the ALBA PURA charter brings together all the elements necessary for a successful stay in the south of Corsica.

What about commitments?

A charter of 11 commitments illustrated by a table of protocols broken down by sector of activity: accommodation / catering / outdoor activities / shops and crafts / history and culture.

HEALTH PROTECTION FOR PEOPLE

1 - Identify risk situations for our customers, staff and service providers.
2 - Implement the necessary protection and organisational measures, in compliance with the imposed protocols, to avoid or limit these risks.
3 - Provide a safety / health contact person.

PARTICIPATION IN THE QUALITY OF THE SOUTH CORSICAN DESTINATION: SHARING AND DISCOVERY

4 - Share the intensity and diversity of the heritage of the South Corsica destination through the quality of our services.
5 - To accompany the immersion in our territory by a strong human, sensory and emotional experience.
6 - Invite to discovery thanks to the networking of professionals who are committed and supportive: charter members, tourist offices.
7 - Integrate into a responsible approach of the territory: management of waste, water, energy, biodiversity, short circuits, local and organic products, etc...

8 - To train our staff to provide a warm and reassuring welcome to our customers, visitors and partners.
9 - Raise awareness and support our staff, customers, visitors and service providers in the implementation of health measures integrated into our business.

11 - To have identified and established protocols for people requiring physical or moral care.

At the professional level, who can get involved?

All tourism professionals can get involved.

Whether they are hotels, residences, mountain or water activities, craftsmen, producers and others ... everyone can join provided they respect the commitments of the charter.

How to find these committed professionals?

A website dedicated to the charter has been created by the Community of Communes of Southern Corsica, at the origin of the project and in collaboration with the tourist offices of Bonifacio, Lecci and Porto-Vecchio.

You will thus find on this site the list of the professionals engaged in the whole region of South Corsica, in the part Directory of the partners.

And, on our website of the Tourist Office of Porto-Vecchio, all our partners adhering to the ALBA PURA charter are identified by a sticker representing the logo of the charter
